The Commission Registrar arranged for me to have a number of sessions of executive coaching with Duncan Sutherland.
Duncan put an enormous amount of time and energy into our meetings, and not only time spent during our sessions, but also following up various issues that were discussed.
He was therefore able to incorporate “as others see us” into his assessment and subsequent guidance. A very sensible approach. Not only do I feel that I benefited greatly from our meetings, they were also very instructive and importantly, most enjoyable. I gained considerable insight into my own approach to various situations, and how my methods could be improved.
