From 2016 to 2022, Duncan is providing executive coaching services at the Leading Executive level for participants in the NSW Leadership Academy.
The Leadership Academy is a project of the NSW Public Service Commission, and is managed by a consortium comprising People Measures and NOUS Group.
The NSW Leadership Academy promotes excellence in the NSW public sector by enhancing the skills and capabilities of existing and emerging leaders through a unique suite of development programs. The leadership academy is managed and delivered by the Public Service Commission.
The Academy brings to life the Premier’s vision to create the best public sector in the world, and recognition that to achieve this vision, we need the best leaders. Aiming to create a pipeline of future leaders for the sector at each key level of leadership, the Academy incorporates best practice from public and private sectors in Australia and overseas. Each program targets the specific capabilities required to succeed at the next level of sector leadership while providing bespoke support to maximise an individual’s professional development.
