The Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL) is an international leader in the training of executive coaches. The training program, across three levels, places a strong focus on self-awareness and emotional intelligence as the keys to being an effective executive coach. While the IECL is self-accrediting, the IECL Level Three coaching credential is highly regarded and widely accepted as a benchmark of quality. The IECL program carries advanced standing with Charles Sturt University.
It is recognised as meeting the qualifying requirements of an executive coach as set out in Standards Australia's Guidelines for Coaching in Organisations.
