During 2016, Duncan participated in the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP) leadership assessment project as an associate of NOUS Group. The project was a joint venture between NOUS Group and NGS Global.
In all, this project involved 2,000 EL1 participants, and 500 EL2 participants, of whom Duncan assessed close to 50. Each assessment involved a behavioural interview, report preparation and feedback session for each participant.
