Duncan Sutherland has completed providing executive coaching services to Corrective Services NSW as part of a 3-person panel. The coaching is for participants in leadership development programs including the Career Development Program and the Senior Executive Succession Program. From September 2009 to October 2011, a total of 25 Corrective Services leaders and managers were provided with executive coaching in this engagement.
