Mentoring is a one-to-one relationship between a more experienced and a less experienced employee which is based upon encouragement, constructive feedback, openness, mutual trust, respect and a willingness to learn and share.

Support is available to individuals and agencies for:

  • Design and implementation of a mentoring program
  • Selection and training of mentors
  • Design and implementation of support programs for mentees
  • Mentoring of Public Sector employees
