Tests are one of the important ways of increasing self-awareness. Nevertheless, test results should be interpreted with caution. They represent a point-in-time assessment and are subject to idiosyncratic errors and design errors arising from the validity and reliability of the test design.

Your coach will guide you in the interpretation of your test results, and will incorporate the test data into other insights and understandings. Other rich sources of insight and awareness arise from third-party feedback and introspection.
