Duncan Sutherland led a team of executive coaches in 2011 to 2013 to provide executive coaching for executive officers in NGOs in NSW providing homelessness services, especially for victims of domestic violence and for homeless youth.
The project saw executive coaching provided to over 30 officers across NSW using both face-to-face and phone/SKYPE formats. The evaluation report was provided to the Director of Learning and Development at Family and Community Services.
Assessment tools used in this project included the VIA Signature Strengths Analysis, DISC Assessment, and the Big 5 Personality Analysis.
